tell me more, but don't use any words

There was something that intrigued me about the wave of 365 projects sweeping the blogosphere. I had heard about photography, cooking, and sewing projects, but what could I do, every day, for an entire year?
Poetry.
I’ve only written a few poems each year for as long as I can remember, but, now, I would commit to a daily poem. I held myself to no rules on form or meaning. I would simply write an original poem every day.
The unedited results of this 365 challenge are within this book.
I thought I would rediscover my love of writing. But what I discovered was much more poignant and meaningful. As I wrote these poems, I started reflecting on my day through a different lens….
Was today worthy of a poem?
It was this question that led to an unexpected transformation. I began, inspired by this daily endeavor, to change my life so that every day would be worthy of a poem. A profound gift that has forever changed the expression and purpose of my life.
